Project description: 2nd Prize: 25th Hour by Olesia Kotiyar and Evgeny Zelenov (Moscow studio) The runner up, 25th Hour by Olesia Kotiyar and Evgeny Zelenov from our Moscow studio, imagines a television reality show project to colonise Mars, with a self-supporting shell providing life-sustaining conditions for a vertical city built using Martian materials.
