Project description: Concept proposal for a large new multifunctional complex. The project combines two different functions – a modern, open-air street retail and entertainment complex in the northern part and business-class residential buildings in the southern part. The southern part also includes panel houses designed by local architects, for which Chapman Taylor is developing a façade solution. The excellent location, convenient access and remarkable site visibility provide a great opportunity to create an exceptional and commercially successful complex which will be a key attraction for the city’s residents and visitors.

Company tasks: Office is dealing within eight divisions: Masterplanning, Mixed Use, Retail, Residential, Leisure, Office, Hospitality, Transportation
Work stages: My task was to work in Feasibility department, where in team or separetely we have designed the projects, I was following all stages, starting from sketches and model design to preparing presentations to the Clients. Here I attached some views, masterplan, aerial view that we have presented to the client and city mayor.
