The location of the site is in Moscow, Russia. Except design proposal we needed to provide all nessesary architectural drawings, include construction drawings. As a result I created a cantilever-building, where each of the residential level was different in planning. Ground floor I kept for the cafeteria and created a pleasant environment around the building.
