Project description: The project is designed to be a unique educational and entertainment destination for citizens of the city and an inspiring working environment for the media company. The architectural vision is informed by nature, combining sculptural forms with an efficient and effective planning strategy. The brief proposes a major office led mixed use development for the headquarters of a holding group on Aptekarskiy island in St. Petersburg. The plot is 3.7 ha and the overall area of property planned is approximately 50 000 - 100 000m2, including existing buildings that have to be integrated into the new development. The maximum height of new buildings on the site is 27 metres. FUNCTIONS: Offices; Concert or Multifunctional hall; Fitness; Retail; TV museum; Food and Beverage; Edutainment centre; Underground Car Parking, etc.
Company tasks: Office is dealing within eight divisions: Masterplanning, Mixed Use, Retail, Residential, Leisure, Office, Hospitality, Transportation
Work stages: My task was to work in Feasibility department, where in team or separetely we have designed the projects, I was following all stages, starting from sketches and model design to preparing presentations to the Clients. Here I attached OPTION 2 of the proposal (“STEM & FLOWERS”)
